Gail M. Frank, of Manitowoc, died Sunday, April 23, 2017 at her home under the care of Unity Hospice at the age of 71. She was born on April 25, 1945 in Neenah, a daughter of the late Henry and Irva (Foth) Luebke. She married Robert Frank on June 26, 1963 in Las Vegas. He preceded her in death on December 27, 2011.

Gail lived in California, having moved to Elton in 1996. In 2011 she moved to Green Bay to be closer to her daughter.

In her retirement years she enjoyed gardening, bird watching, humming birds being her favorite, and making stain glass stepping stones, bird baths and benches.

Survivors include a daughter, Renee (Todd) O'Connor of Manitowoc; sister, Susan (Don) Taggart of Appleton; niece, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will also be missed by her Jack Russell terrier, Scout.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

A memorial service will be held Saturday at 12 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Andrew Smith, OPoc/n officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at the Elton Cemetery.
